About the Cove
San Sebastian Cove covers approximately 2.3 kilometers of beach front and 2 kilometers inland. The property contains 3 coves, 2 of which are still undeveloped. So far we have discovered 4 water wells in the main cove that are located 45 feet above sea level. The water is pumped to a pila 2 kilometers up the hillside isolating it from the beach, from any surface impurities and then gravity fed to each house.

As an improvement to our water system, we will soon be installing an Ultraviolet Water Filtration System for the community's drinking water supply. This filtration system filters out large particles, then disinfects the water as it also breaks down the natural minerals it contains making the water softer without the use of salt. We maintain a dirt road that branches off from Hwy 1 leading to the cove as part of our property maintenance. We have 2 care takers and their families working full time. In addition, we can procure housekeeping service for our tenants convenience until we are able to fill this position full time. Each house currently has it's own septic tank, although this is a safe and practical practice with our current tenant count, our goal is to convert everyone to a main septic tank in order to preserve the cove's Eco system so that it remains pristine.

Investment and Security
We understand that you, as a current tenant or an interested future tenant would like to enjoy the financial security of owning your home and investment at the cove. We as the property owner of San Sebastian Cove and your Landlord also desire and aspire to meet that requisite. In addition to the Lease agreement, we are diligently compiling all necessary and legal paperwork to place San Sebastian Cove in a Trust with a mandate that it is kept in the Cunningham Family and in the management of an able Beneficiary. Thus preventing the property from being lost or sold in an event, allowing everyone enjoying the cove the ability to leave a sustainable legacy for future generations. We will update this section once the Trust has been established (As of 6/9/2013).
